Tale of an ageing British couple looking to jump-start their ailing marriage on a break to Paris - the immortal ville lumière. Starring Jim Broadbent and a memorable Lindsay Duncan as the prickly pair in question.   During a two-day escapade, diffident, wistful Nick and demanding, take-charge Meg careen from harmony to disharmony. A surprise invitation from Nick’s old friend Morgan (Jeff Goldblum), an amusingly boorish American academic with a fancy Parisian address, soon leads them to an unexpectedly hopeful vision of what their love and marriage might still become…

TEMPLE THEATRE - Friday 28th March 2014 - Doors & Bar open 7pm

Unmythable….-One show. Three actors. All the Greek myths.

Heroes, monsters and randy gods go head-to-head in a hilarious and unforgettable journey through the greatest stories ever told. You set sail with Jason as his Argonauts (cue much cheering and many heroes referenced) and enjoy heroic deeds brought to vivid life through enthusiastic song, much merriment and even a little political poignancy (heroes are not always heroes to everyone and that Pandora’s box can still remind us of troubles).

“An anarchic blend of comedy, cross-dressing, stories and songs, UNMYTHABLE returns to the UK after a sell-out European tour and an award-winning run at the Edinburgh Fringe”.

TICKETS £15 (includes two course supper); £8 (Show only -starts 8 pm) on sale NOW from Bishop Burton Shop and Beverley Tourist Information.
